Renewal Spa is the regenerative and aesthetic branch of Dynamic Regenerative Care Clinic — a naturopathic practice founded on the principle that the body has an extraordinary capacity to heal when given the right conditions. Dr. Ludwig Mantay works the practice around that idea: not suppressing symptoms, but understanding root causes and supporting the systems that drive genuine recovery and renewal.
Dynamic Regenerative Care Clinic carries a lineage that matters. It was founded in the tradition of Dr. Lester Griffith — one of the four founding physicians of Bastyr University, the institution that established naturopathic medicine as a rigorous, evidence-based clinical discipline in North America. Dr. Griffith dedicated his life to proving that natural medicine and scientific excellence are not in tension — they are inseparable. His legacy lives in every practice that takes that standard seriously, and Dynamic Regenerative Care Clinic is one of them.
At Renewal Spa, we are truly honored to keep Catherine Griffith close to us. With more than 35 years of experience working side by side with Dr. Griffith, Catherine has dedicated her life to caring for others with kindness, compassion, and genuine warmth. Beyond her experience, Catherine brings something even more special to our clinic—joy. Her laughter fills the room, her kindness makes everyone feel at home, and her caring spirit reminds us that healing begins the moment someone feels seen and valued. Working alongside Catherine is Danielle, who has proudly served nearly every corner of the clinic over the past four years. From welcoming patients at the front desk to assisting with treatments and supporting daily operations, Danielle has developed a deep understanding of the care our patients deserve. Together, Catherine and Danielle create a space where every person is treated with respect, compassion, and genuine encouragement. We believe that when strong women lift one another up, incredible things happen. Our mission is rooted in helping others feel confident, cared for, and renewed—because when we take time to care for ourselves, we are better able to show up for the people we love. We are proud to be women supporting women, creating a place where healing, self-care, laughter, and connection come together every day. At Dynamic Regenerative Care Clinic, Dr. Ludwig also sees patients for primary care, complex and chronic cases, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), Stemwave therapy, and more.
